It is atrocious. I like how everyone thinks that we have a free ride from the government from health care to housing to college grants.
If the average person ever went to a rez and actually talked to the people living there, and looked at the residential areas, clinics, etc, they would know better.
The bad part is, the average person doesn't want to go to a rez and see such things. They would rather just ignore us all together. Some don't even think that we exist anymore!!
It all adds up to the old saying, "If you can't see it, it doesn't exist." Everyone wants to turn a blind eye to us and our problems and forget how they really messed up our lives – to this day.
I don't live on the rez. Never have, but I return to our rez several times a year and help out at a couple clinics – on my own time, on my own dime. It is time for us who have it a bit better than some to become proactive in our own Nations.

Its a good time to hydrate yourself. The more transparent your urine is, the more hydrated you are. Try to drink as much water as you can so that you're urine is clear. That number of cups should be your goal everyday. This will also influence the amount you eat. My tip is if you dont have a cup of water by you every hour, get one. When you get tempted to snack, drink it. Limit what you eat.

Congrats. on your wedding! Yes, unfortunately most of the vendors will charge extra for floor length linens. Please pay the extra and get these, it looks so much better especially for your special day. Linens that do not drape all the way to the floor are fine for conferences and such but do not look as elegant. Try other outside rental agencies for a better price.

All you have to do is find that chef who is willing to charge for their labor and be reimbursed for the goods. Of course there is more to it but that’s a start to saving 30-40% on catered food cost!
