I'm 16 too, and I'm working at my first job.
How the whole process was for ME, and I don't know if this is usual practice or whatever, was..
1) Picked up app
2) Turned it in, next day, and asked "when I will be expecting an interview"
3) Someone said they could give me one right now, so then and there, I got a short 15 minute interview.
4) Then, I got called back for an interview with the operator.
5)During that also short interview, I got hired.
I work at Chick fil A, and most everyone had 3 interviews. I had a great first interview, and I was already about to be hired. Sometimes it depends on your "competition" or how good you do.
I know alot of places differ from Chick fil A, so they're applying processes are different.
I strongly agree with you brother. Jesus so called said when he was dying”Father,Why has thou forsaken me?” If he couldn’t help himself,how’s he going to help us? I tell these “Christians” Why are you asking for a dead person to come & help your problems,when you should get off of your ass & help yourself? Usually there’s a long moment of silence afterwards. I would contact the charity that you are going to help, sell your idea to them, and they will probably lend you their expertise and ideas for a successful event.
