Is there any scientific proof that says Im destined only for one person that was born on a certain month. I know its pretty popular and all, but if you ask me I think I would rather take my chances and just get involved with people I actually liked rather than to let some sign tell for me. What do you all think?

Some ancient civilizations got a lot of things right, such as certain astronomical predictions. However, they also practiced the worship of various gods and astrology, none of which have sufficient supporting evidence. If astronomy has any merit, it should produce positive results when tested. However, it fails to do so every time. Until that can be done, it is undeserving of serious scrutiny.

Understanding how astrology works can be very helpful in figuring out relationships of all kinds: friendships, romantic relationships, boss/employee relationships, family, etc. However, I'm not talking about the majority of horoscopes you read online or in the newspaper.
When an astrologer interprets someone's natal chart – based on their specific birth data, including month/day/year/time/place – it tells them many different things about the person. Home life, the relationship the person has with their parents, interests in school, hobbies, food, possible health issues, what they look for in a romantic partner, what gets them sexually aroused, career path options…and that doesn't cover everything!
In my experience, a lot of people look to the zodiac to help them figure out why some girl doesn't like them or how they can make a guy fall in love with them. Those folks frequently end up disappointed. But those who dig a little deeper to find out more – such as Cancers tend to process the world through their emotions, Libras will often hold on to relationships as long as possible, and Geminis can be very flirty – might end up having more compassion for others because they realize we all have issues when it comes to relationships, regardless of our zodiac sign.

I'm an aries and let me tell you, I HATE being ignored. The ram is the leader and tends to be a little bit of an attention seeker and always wants to be leader of the pack. If we're not getting attention and feel ignored then we feel like this person is usurping us. That's not tolerated!

Think about this. If you judge people by race they are, that is called racism. If you judge people on what sex they are, that is called sexism. No one has control over what sex, race, or nationality they are born as. When people do this, it is called bigotry. A mild form of this is assuming any females that have blond hair are dumb as a post. This is also known as stereotyping.
Is there anyone that has control over when they are born? You don't. Your family and friends don't. Astrology is fortune telling based on the day you are born. In other words judging people with a calendar. Does that make it a better and more acceptable bigotry than being a racist or a sexist?
Astrology is an ancient, made up, unproved, false stereotyping fortune telling. Being so great and powerful, why is belief a requirement. It should be able to stand on it own merits.
Why do we accept prejudice if we only call it Astrology?
